About Belle Demoiselle

Welcome to Belle Demoiselle LLC! My name is Melissa Desir-Eliacin, and I go by Missy. My journey into the healthcare field is deeply personal. When my little sister Kimberly was battling sickle cell anemia, we prayed for a miracle—and we found it through a life-saving bone marrow transplant. Watching her recover changed my life forever. From that moment, I promised God that I would devote my life to the medical field, and I’ve honored that promise every day since.

With years of experience in healthcare, I’ve witnessed both the triumphs and challenges within this vital sector. I founded Belle Demoiselle LLC to inspire others to step into this noble field and to shed light on the urgent need for more healthcare professionals. Through public speaking engagements, I aim to educate and motivate future generations while also offering practical resources to help them explore and begin careers in healthcare.

Now, more than ever, I am committed to maintaining the integrity of the healthcare sector and ensuring its future is strong. Join me in making a difference—one inspired healthcare hero at a time.
